Can I become conversational in Spanish in 3 months?
If you already know some Spanish, three months of weekly 1-to-1 lessons plus practice between lessons is enough to feel a real change: you answer faster, freeze less and keep everyday conversations going with more confidence. How far you get depends on your starting level and on how much you practise, so after your free trial class I’ll give you an honest, personalized plan.
What happens in a conversational Spanish lesson?
You speak from the very first minute. We talk about your life, your work and the things you enjoy, and I correct your mistakes in a relaxed way. The vocabulary and structures you need are noted down and turned into practice for the following week, so every lesson builds on the last.
I understand Spanish but freeze when I speak. Is this program for me?
Yes — that’s exactly who it was designed for. Many learners know plenty of grammar from apps or courses, but block when they have to speak. We focus on real practice in a safe, relaxed space, so speaking becomes more automatic and the fear of making mistakes fades step by step.
Will I learn Spanish from Spain or Latin American Spanish?
I’m from Almería, so you’ll hear the Spanish spoken in Spain. The grammar and most of the vocabulary are shared across the Spanish-speaking world, and whenever it’s useful for you — travelling to Mexico, friends from Colombia — I point out the main differences with Latin American Spanish.
Is a private teacher better than an app like Duolingo?
Apps are great for building vocabulary and a daily habit, but they can’t hold a real conversation with you or tell you why you freeze. In 1-to-1 lessons every class is adapted to you, you get corrections in real time and, above all, you speak — which is what turns what you know into fluency.
